  • Happiness analysis in the light of Upanishadic wisdom, exploring the deeper understanding that true joy is not derived from external objects but is an inner state of being.
  • Maitri Bhavana (feeling of universal friendship and compassion), cultivated powerfully during this practice, allowing participants to experience ecstatic joy and genuine compassion for all.
