CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
एक Science based method है, जो सिखाता है कि:


• Negative thoughts को identify कैसे करें
• Unhe change कैसे करें
• Emotional reactions को control कैसे करें
• Difficult situations में clear कैसे सोचें

Simple words में: Situation हमेशा हमारे control में नहीं होती, लेकिन उस situation के बारे में हम कैसे सोचते हैं वह हमारे control में आ सकता है।
और जब thinking change होती है तो feelings और behaviour भी change होते हैं।
This program is not about positive thinking. It is about practical thinking.

Namaste, I’m Dr. Sarang Patil—an AYUSH doctor, health educator, yoga coach, and author. As co-founder of Sampurna Swasthya (Tej Gyan Foundation, Pune), I’ve helped people overcome stress, anxiety, and negative thinking patterns using a blend of holistic health and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) principles.
