Namaste, I’m Dr. Sarang Patil an AYUSH medical doctor, health educator, yoga coach, and author.
I’m also the co-founder of “Sampurna Swasthya”, an initiative by Tej Gyan Foundation, Pune.
Over the years, I’ve been helping people heal naturally from stress-related, autoimmune, and lifestyle disorders by integrating Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy.
Currently, I serve as the Medical Director at Anandkunj, a 100-bedded Yoga and Naturopathy Hospital, and also contribute as a Governing Body Member at the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN), Pune, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
I believe that true healing begins when the body, mind, and consciousness are in harmony.
